boot-from-disk workaround and install bits committed

hi folks,

I just checked in the hack that makes boot-from-disk work.
and also the distrib bits for sysinst-based installation.
the daily build a couple days from now will have binaries for all this.

I'll look at updating the port web page a bit now.

also, would someone be willing to do a pkgsrc bulk build?
it would be nice to have some binary packages available.
I think the fastest machine we support at this point is the B180L,
does anyone else have one of those?
