GCC4 world available for testing.

hi folks.


i've built a GCC4 release from -current but as i have no hp700 hardware
of my own, i can't test it.  would people please try this and report
their success and/or failure:

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/mrg/gcc4/hp700/

which is a standard netbsd release.

i am in particular interested if the bootblocks work as xxboot had to
have "-fwriteable-strings" option removed from GCC, and i guess i
expect there was a good reason for this...
