B180L netboot, 5.0_STABLE kernel hangs

For the heck of it I tried netbooting an old 32 bit parisc B180L machine.

I'm not putting too much time into this, I just wanted to mention what happened.

The kernel hung at the last message in this copy and paste from my terminal:
