HEADS UP NetBSD/hp700 renamed to NetBSD/hppa

Hi,

I have just committed a rename of NetBSD/hp700 to NetBSD/hppa.

The main driver here is to make NetBSD's support of the HP PA-RISC 
processor architecture and machines cleanerand allowfuture, sparc{,64} 
like, support for a 64-bit capable port.

The support systems (builds, etc) will be playing catchup over the next 
few days so please report issues directly to me or to current-users.
