Can you give a shot to converting hpcarm to use hpckbd(4)? Than we
can share layout tables for hpcsh and hpcarm in
src/sys/dev/hpc/hpckbdkeymap.h
And we can get rid of special handling of hpcarm in
xsrc/xfree/xc/programs/Xserver/hw/netbsd/hpc/hpcInit.c
