I fixed the problems i was having.

I cleaned and newfsd my flash disk and installed a full release.

All works fine except that Xhpc is installed with the wrong permisions (yes i 
passed -p to tar).

By default Xhpc does not allow the group or others to read it, therefore no 
normal user can start an x session.

Well i think thats whats wrong with it because once i allowed the group to 
read it my normal user could start an x session.

Should i file a PR about this and the fact that the ctrl key does not work in 
X by default?
