Technically, NetBSD will probably read it fine, however, there is a
form-factor issue:  typically, microdrives are type-II CF cards, and
the CF slot in the Jornada only accepts type-I.  Or the other way
around, but you should have a look at the size of the microdrive, which
might be too thick to fit in the slot.
