You need to use a fresh new hpcboot:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/peter/hpcboot.exe

Select the US/UK option.

I should have put this hpcboot in CVS, but I haven't done that yet.
Will do that very soon.
