I can't start xdm on NetBSD-3.0.1(NEC MobileGear MC-R450)

Hello all.

I'm trying to start xdm, but I can't get success yet.
I have done ...

  o put `xdm=YES xdm_flags=""' into /etc/rc.conf.
  o reboot

and I got failure to start xdm. Some error messages appeared in
/var/log/xdm.log
