I would be more than happy to share these packages, however, I do not have a place to post them, and it is a lot of stuff. We're talking about 250MB for each of the 4.0 and 2.1 builds. If there is a place to put this stuff, someone please shoot me an off list email and I'll be glad to upload and post the public URL.
