NetBSD/hpcmips does not boot on MC/R550 with 48MB RAM

Hi,

Does anyone have any luck to boot NetBSD/hpcmips on NEC MobileGearII
MC/R550 with 48MB RAM?

I tried with a 32GB CF (1GB MS-DOS partition). Battery and AC adapter
were connected, and PCMCIA slot was empty.

hpcboot.exe seemed to successfully load kernel and miniroot.fs from
-current, but the screen turned off and never come back. I tried other
versions of kernel and miniroot from 8.0 and 7.2, but the situation did
not change.

For 6.1.5 and 5.2.3, it became worse; hpcboot.exe freezed just after
loading kernel, and the screen did not even turned off.

I tried pbsdboot.exe (configured for MC/R530) for some kernels, but it
did not boot. Also with a 2GB CF, the situation did not change.

Am I missing something? Or 48MB-RAM model is not supported? I attached
bootlog.txt for -current kernel below (Japanese characters in file path
are replaced). I does not have a serial cable.

Suggestions?
