Your experience with PCMCIA NICs

Can anyone recommend a PCMCIA network card that is reliable in both 
WinCE and NetBSD? I've heard the Realtek chip cards are to be avoided, 
but I'd like to hear from people who have real experience with a 
particular card they like.
