I followed the advice here:
http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/wscons/

in the last item. Kernel config looks OK. Edited /etc/ttys and 
/etc/wscons.conf and /etc/rc.conf, but no joy. Still doesn't notice 
the mouse.

Since a couple of others have compiled links, I wonder if you have it 
working with the touch screen.
