By reading the CPU hardware manual, SH7709A in this case, iirc.
On-board devices are at fixed known addresses.

I don't quite like the way shb handles (or rather does not) children,
forcing them to hardcode locations instead of usinging bus space -
this is already a problem for SCIF, b/c there are two scif ports.
