distrib/utils/x_fsck_ffs
distrib/utils/x_disklabel
distrib/utils/x_newfs
would help, but NetBSD/news68k has already used ustarfs based floppy
and distrib/news68k/floppies/bootfloppy/Makefile has "FLOPPYMAX=2"
as newsmips, so it should be ok to grow the image size.
