atari "prepare" floppy is overflowing

Hi folks,

since a few days the atari "prepare" floppy fails to build and I found no
obvious/easy tweaks to shrink it below floppy size again - anyone have
any ideas?

This started happening with the build from the new build cluster, but since
the build are supposed to be reproducable I am not sure how that could be
related (and I didn't spot any obvious directory names in the object files).
