I will take a punt on a 128 MB SIMM, there are a few on eBay for not too much money. Of course I will report any success or failure. Incidentally, I'm really happy with how well NetBSD works on this old Mac, it was the first BSD system I set up and it's been running NetBSD 2.0 since around 2006. Having half-forgotten about it since then, I finally did an upgrade from 2.0 to 6.0.1 last weekend and it went really smoothly. Impressive. James.
