The other set of slightly orphaned patches were to be able to use the
new core ADB code that is used by macppc.

It looks fairly easy to adapt the CUDA driver from NetBSD/macppc and
I'm guessing the PMU one would be similar.

The one driver that is missing is for the IIsi, IIvi, IIvx, Classic II
and LCs. Do people still have these to be able to test something ?
