Cool!

We need someone to take over the booter app and merge all the change
sets that have been posted in the last few years.

There were at least: scsi support for bigger disks, extended memory
and now nfsroot.

While I can compile a booter, I always feel clumsy when working with macos
tools, so I wouldn't be a good candidate to properly merge...
I can review diffs though and offer general advice.
