mac68ksf - new softfloat Macintosh port.

Hi,

Now that the m68k softfloat userland libm test results are are zero failures
(1 expected failure).

I'd like to pre-announce a new port - mac68ksf.

This is the mac68k port with the softfloat flags set (m68ksf) and means that
there is pkg differentiation between softfloat pkgs and hardfloat pkgs.

If running a softfloat userland the correct pkgs will be installed.

I adds support for all unsupported mac68k configrations including machines with 
buggy '040lc cpus.
