I've got tinyx setup all right now, takes 8 minutes to start. Is there no w= indow manager lighter than CTWM?=20 My PowerBook has 14MB RAM and the system idles with only about 2 megs free = and that's when X11 isn't running. Heavy reliance on swap when it is. I found that if the kernel is compiled with optimization -Os it will actual= ly panic on startup if an external monitor is connected. Works correctly on= -O2. pkgin crashes when attempting to install a package, tested on the PowerBook= and an emulated Quadra 800.
