To be honest, I pasted that link because I think (I really think), that the author does not mention neither uses a Mac OS installation DVD. In fact, he does a quite long round by fetching a copy of pkgsrc (the netbsd package manager) to install the hfsutils to format the HFS partition, mount it and copy the bootloader into it. > > But, as said, this box hasn't run mac for years.
