Hi all, I'm trying to install NetBSD on a Power Macintosh G5, but not having much luck. https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-10.1/macppc/INSTALL.html says the OFW boot command to boot from a CD is boot cd:,\ofwboot.xcf netbsd.macppc but with NetBSD-10.1-macppc.iso, that results in the error message open netbsd.macppc: Device not configured I also tried boot cd:,\ofwboot.xcf netbsd which gets further - it prints 6752012+119828=0x68df5c start=0x100000 No ADB support present, assuming USB keyboard and then it hangs. Any hints? Or if you have successfully installed NetBSD on a G5, what version of NetBSD was that? -- Andreas Gustafsson, [email protected]
