I think it requires MI sonic changes.

On newsmips DMA region for sonic is restricted on-board shared memory
so I'm afraid scatter/gather MBUF operation with using buffer would
cause excessive overhead.

Maybe a "traditional contiguous TX/RX buffer" option is necessary
in MI SONIC.
