Unsure! It's been confusing me. I am forced to go in on console and reset the interface a few times before it works. Not great for a gateway. Given that and the bpgjit thread with npf... I sometime wish there was someone that has a description of setting up a working soho router with say a secure and private network stub and routing rules with npf... as the ones in The Guide are mostly for dial-up/ppp/ipfilter and have few config file examples. I've been trying to set up pair of these ERLITEs with carp and such to replace some aging i386 machines that take a lot more power than I'd like, but haven't gotten them -just right-. At least with carp actually working. It seems to run fine; I'm using it as a main gateway. > > Perhaps something regressed? Or you've misconfigured? > > Cheers, > Brook >
