I have an RC3230 (Pizazz) and an RC3240. However, the only NetBSD versions which can run on RC3230 are 1.6 up to 3.0 (and you need to install from wdk's 1.5V snapshot as 1.6 onwards don't have any bootable media). 4.0 and 5.0 are broken due to a bug in the timecounter code (fixed since), 6.0 onwards are broken due to the matt-nb5-mips64 merge.
