Follow-up of pkg/56559

Hi,

I've filed a bug report to gnats regarding sudo and gnupg2 memory
fault issue[1].  As I further debugged the issue, I found that the
issue with gnupg2 is different because it doesn't use "-Wl,-z,relro"
in its LDFLAGS.  I've tried to compile it in pkgsrc and found there's
even another utility segfault which however doesn't fail the build
process so a faulty package is produced anyway.

I tried to search for a similar segfault of gnupg2 but it doesn't
return many hits.  I've attached the build log hoping it would help
more knowledgeable people for debugging.  Would also like to provide
more information as needed.
