The config file is in -current, and those kernels (MIPSSIM for
mips and MIPSSIM64 for mips64) are built as part of the
respective evbmips variants, available via the current builds.

in binary/sets under the appropriate port dir under

ftp://nftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/latest/
