On a similar topic... There has been a recent fix to a bug in the gcc MIPSv1 assembler https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31072 - full thread at http://gnats.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/query-pr-single.pl?number=57680 So it might be interesting to see how a current kernel & userland boot - (easiest from from the HEAD link at https://nycdn.netbsd.org/) It's *probably* unrelated, but ...
