issues w/ sgimips post gcc-14

hi!

I'm seeing a couple of issues in sgimips post 14.0:

* port-sgimips/59844 - can't build the host tools on freebsd, looks
like libintl is needed for "genmatch" but it's not being included
* port-sgimips/49845 - the kernel ramdisk image is being overflowed

Is it just me? Is anyone else seeing these failures?
