So give me a couple days to test out whether the right solution there
is to bump the disk image
size just for IP3x (but not IP2x), or reduce the IP3x ramdisk a bit.

The earlier diff from Hikoyuki-san to
gpl3/gcc/usr.bin/host-libcpp/Makefile does fix the gcc-14
host toolchain build though, so let's please get that landed if it
hasn't already :-)
