If your disk is not ID 0, you have to specify SCSI ID of the disk on boot command like "bo sd(2)" etc. NWS-3410 was designed for diskless use, so it might have some other quirks. At least the default bootdevice on 3410 is rd (remote disk) and "set bootdev=scsi" command is needed to change default bootdev.
