CD9660 file-system (was Re: nsendsig: bad version 1)

But the same GENERIC config file (1.73) has FFS and SCSI enabled.

Also, I just noticed (but didn't test) that "options SOFTDEP" is 
commented out.  Any reason it shouldn't be happy on next68k?
