pr/11938 NeXT disklabel compatibility support

I'd like to close pr 11938 "NeXT disklabel compatibility support",
which can be read at:

Can anyone verify that we can read and write NeXT compatible
disklabels in -current sources?

I know that the filesystem is not fully supported, which requires
some changes I haven't gotten to yet but I'd like to close the
disklabel pr if appropriate.
