Powerstack:
Looking at the older linux code for the powerstack, it would appear that it has
just an 8259, as all the interrupts seem to be below 15 or so.

Firepower:
I took a quick glance at the old firepower_intr.c.  It looks like it would be
fairly trivial to rewrite the old interrupt code into a newer pic_firepower.c
driver.  Let me know if you need help with this, and I'll take a quick crack at
it.
