sun2 and playstation2 ports to be moved into Attic

Hi all,

The sun2 and playstation2 ports have been neglected for a long time and
neither has successfully completed an installation in recent history.
If by the end of November we have not found volunteers to bring the
ports up to speed and actively maintain them, the respective source
codes will be moved into the version control system Attic.  This means
that the ports will no longer be distributed as a part of NetBSD, but
are available for resurrection if an interest should arise later.
