All,

the package editors/xemacs ships with a hacks.mk snippet to build with 
-O0 on powerpc. I suspect this may be obsolete after switching to the 
portable dumper, but I have no easy way to check.

Could anybody with access to a powerpc machine locally remove 
editors/xemacs/hacks.mk, and check if the result builds and runs?
