Package binaries for NetBSD/powerpc pkgsrc-2022Q2

Hi,

those of you who follow pkgsrc-bulk know that I completed a
rebuild of pkgsrc-2022Q2 for NetBSD 9.0.

The result has been uploaded, and I've switched the default 9.0,
9.1 and 9.2 to use the 2022Q2 packages.  Use via

  https://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/powerpc/9.0/All/

The 9.0 binaries are 46GB / 27237 package files.
(Since I've done an update and rebuild, some packages may exist
in more than one version.)
