1.1.1 was the first HBC that worked reasonably well for me (except
that there PAL / 576i is broken, that got fixed in 1.1.2).  I think in
1.1.0 the kernel booted but didn't see the SD card or so - and in
versions below 1.1.0 I didn't even get kernel boot messages.
