Problems booting NetBSD-1.6.1on Motorola MTX

hello,

I have a Motorola dual 604/300 MTX Motherboard. I know
that it is not supported by NetBSD. 
I have tried to boot a 1.6.1 release Kernel. I have
cross build the Kernel and the boot programm. Then I
have the parts connect with nbprep-mkbootimage.

The boot programm crashs early. 
I have attached the log from the minicom session.
I step by step through the boot programm to the place
it crashs. I have also attached the memory dump.
I am new to PowerPc programming.

Can somebody help me? The same boot Image boots on my
Moto Ultra Plus board.
