Aha! I asked some time ago for a short explanation of the PREP boot
process but got no answer... I installed a -current snapshot and run
into the same Problem: No boot after install. I have to boot from a
floppy. 
If someone can enlighten us about making a disk bootable, please share
your knowledge.
