Installing 2.0.2 onto IBM 7248-100

I've been reading various posts on how to install on this machine, and
I think I understand how to format the disk but I need help otherwise.

Can I install using sysinst? I made 2 floppies from this directory:

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-2.0.2/prep/installation/floppy/

One was sysinst.fs, the other generic.fs

After I hit F2 during boot to change the boot sequence to floppy, I
tried booting sysinst.fs. The floppy drive read the disk for a while
but then the machine asked for the SMS disk so I assume that failed.

I booted the generic.fs disk, and it looks like this is just a kernel.

Can I use sysinst to install on this? I suppose I can set up the disk
and install by hand, but I'm just making sure I don't have to do that
yet.

Also, are there instructions on how to boot from the built in network
adapter via netboot? Is it just a standard bootp thing?

So my questions were (in short form):

1. Does sysinst.fs work?
2. How can I netboot?
