Progress is being made as follows:

1: Able to netboot sysinst_com0.fs
2: Terminal is a 3153 - to change type to VT100 -
"CTRL and the - key on keypad" and then select VT100
Only problem is that if you leave it there you can't see the SMS and Prep boot
up screens.
3: /sysinst has problems with the MBR and doesn't see the Prep boot or says it
is too small??

I have been following this procedure:

I get through everything but the "edit MBR" portion.

Any suggestions?
