error in config GENERIC

hello,

I have tried build a new 1.6 release kernel for prep.
But when  i run config then comes a error. I have
changed some things in some files but with no sucsess.
What is the problem?
Its from a fresh cvs'ed 1.6 release tree.

`IPKDBKEY' is an unknown option
