sysinst enhancement done for KBT4

Hi, 

I added sysinst support for KURO-BOX/T4.  sysinst is now able to setup
KBT4 installation correctly.

Frank and I are going to change satmgr internal a bit to accomodate two
way "dialogue" style sat protocol.  We're aware of current shape is somehow
fragile.  That should be stablized soooooon.
