Ok, i run some cvs checkouts, and for me 

cvs checkout -D 20090210 src/sys - works

cvs checkout -D 20090211 src/sys - show this bug

kernel was build with ./build.sh:

../build.sh -u -U -m sgimips -T /mnt/hdb2/tools -O /mnt/hdb2/obj -x -X ../xsrc kernel=sgi-O2

where sgi-O2 - my config file, just GENERIC_IP3x with debug options enabled.
