Interesting thing is that, IIRC, groff does not really need libstdc++,
but our bsd.prog.mk adds it for all PROG_CXX programs (cf. bsd.prog.mk).

Last time I looked (admittedly, a looong time ago), groff was written
in, effectively, "c with classes".
