I have committed siginfo support for sh3 ports.  Tested on hpcsh.  I'd
like to get a confirmation I didn't brake other ports, just to be sure ;).

general_exception() still needs some minor tweaks to report correct
siginfo details for certain exceptions, but I thought, this could be
worked on later.

To be on the safe side, you want COMPAT_16 in your kernel config if
you are installing a new kernel without upgrading to a new userland.
