I have completed todr'ification of sh3.  Sorry it took so long,
motherboard in my main nfs serving machine chose to die in the least
suitable moment.

Dreamcast and landisk (that uses external clocks) were converted
earlier.  The rest of the sh3 ports use on-chip rtc, which is now in a
separate driver rtc@shb, so update your custom configs accordingly.

Run tested on hpcsh.  Compile tested the rest.

Let me know if there's any fallout.
