isn't it for notoriously slow (when un-SIMDed) AV1 video codec?

I ran simple qemu-system-sparc  test with ffmpeg6 on 160*120  mpeg1 test
video (1) and I get nearly 3 fps with default x264 settings! I am sure h265
(via x265) will be slower, and av1 will be even slower.

But they surely fun to have on such machines
